Residential Application for Utility Service

This application is for residential water and/or electric service provided in the City of Hudson. Since there are several utility service providers in Hudson, the application process will require you to verify that Hudson utilities exist at the address you would like to apply for service at. Please note, it is possible that the City of Hudson provides one utility (but not both) for the address in question, i.e. City provides water, but not electric. The undersigned hereby makes application to the City of Hudson to supply all electric and/or water service at the address stated herein until notified to discontinue such service. Applicant agrees to use and pay for such service in accordance with the applicable rate schedule, and rules and regulations of the City of Hudson.


STEP 7: REQUIRED: Deposit

Effective December 1, 2008, as directed by Ordinance No.: 08-138, the City will require a deposit from new utility customers in order to open an account. The deposit amount is as follow: One utility service: $150.00 Two utility services: $200.00 You may pay the deposit electronically or by check (see below).
