Residential Application for Utility Service

The undersigned hereby makes application to the City of Hudson to supply all electric and/or water service at the address stated herein until notified to discontinue such service. Applicant agrees to use and pay for such service in accordance with the applicable rate schedule, and rules and regulations of the City of Hudson.


























*Effective December 1, 2008, as directed by Ordinance No.: 08-138, the City will require a deposit from new utility customers in order to open an account.

The deposit amount is as follows: One utility service $150.00, Two utility services $200.00.
