For this reason, we ask that you give us at least 2 weeks to complete your request. We always make every effort to meet all request deadlines, but it may not always be possible. Keep in mind that our analysts begin working on requests as soon as we receive them and strive to get it to you ASAP. Sometimes roadblocks occur, therefore we are asking you for your Want by and your Need by Date.

Please add as much detail as you can to streamline the data request. The more information we have, the less time we need to spend seeking information to complete your request. Examples of details to include are: limiting information to a certain type of student, a certain year or term, or a specific campus. Changes made to the request once it is in progress may result in a longer wait times.
