The Portland Water Bureau works to build active relationships with local community organizations. Sponsorship requests must demonstrate relevance to the Portland Water Bureau's work and mission while positively impacting priority communities.

Sponsorship Guidelines:

We prioritize 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations whose work and mission intersect with our bureau's values while also directly relating to drinking water quality, affordability, water conservation, work force development, and resource protection.

We will not consider requests for:

Individuals
Projects primarily seeking to influence elections or legislation
Organizations without qualified tax status designation or for-profit organizations acting as non-profit organizations

Sponsorship does not represent an endorsement of specific organizations, products, or services. Water Sponsorship Funds shall not go toward any alcoholic beverages.

Only one sponsorship request may be submitted in a twelve-month period.
