Select each week in which you would like to enroll your youth participant for Summer Camp. Partial week or single day enrollments are not available. All registrations will be billed for a complete week regardless of daily attendance at camp.

Please also note that there are no camps available for the week of June 30th - July 4th, 2025 in observation of the national holiday.

Costs, Payment Terms and Refund Policies

Camp Costs

Please refer to the following for effective costs pertaining to each camp:

Story Book Farm - HALF DAY - $250 / wk
Story Book Farm - FULL DAY - $500 / wk
Fun on the Farm - $500 / wk
All Around the Farm - $500 / wk
Urban Farmer - $500 / wk

Payment Policies

Payment must be made in full in order to secure youth participants' enrollment in the selected week / weeks of camp. Invoices will be sent to the primary parent or guardian's provided email address 24 - 48hrs from the time of enrollment confirmation. The Urban Farm does not hold an obligation to send out reminders for unfulfilled payment. Summer Camp spaces will be filled on a first-come-first-paid basis.

TUF Members and returning campers from 2024 will be sent an early registration on December 6th, 2024. Camp enrollment will be opened to the general public on January 6th, 2025. TUF Members and returning campers are not guaranteed camp placements until payment has been made in full.

All invoices will be sent by email via Quickbooks Online. Preferred and fastest payment method is by an accepted credit or debit card through the provided online link. Personal checks and/or cash will be accepted but please note that a camp placement will not be held until the funds have been successfully deposited.

Refund Policies

Please refer to the following schedule for deadlines and corresponding refund policies (%):

Cancellations on or before March 31, 2025: 100% refund
Cancellations after March 31, 2025 and on or before April 30, 2025: 50% refund
Cancelations after April 30, 2025: 0% refund

At this time, The Urban Farm is not providing refunds or discounts for partial weekly attendance, planned or unforeseen. The Urban Farm will not accept the transfer of campers from one week of registration to a different week.

Additional Info

Please note that The Urban Farm's Summer Camp standard hours are 9am - 3pm. Aftercare is now available for youth campers for an additional $100 / wk fee, from 3pm - 5pm. To enroll in TUF's aftercare program, please submit a separate request through the form link provided on TUF"s Summer Camp website page.

The Urban Farm and staff will continue to communicate until the start of your registered camp. Per license requirements, TUF will be required to collect some additional information about your youth prior to their start of camp e.g. dietary restrictions, immunization records, allergies, etc. We'll be in touch!
