Leading Edge of Cancer Research Symposium 2022

Call for E-Poster Abstracts

Please provide the following information to submit your abstract for an oral presentation award. Information will appear online during the Leading Edge of Cancer Research Symposium hosted by MD Anderson exactly as you enter it here.


Follow the instructions below to submit your poster.


Do not submit more than one time. If you need to make a change to your submission or have any questions, contact the planning committee at ResearchSymposium@mdanderson.org.


Before submitting, please read the submission guidelines.


The submission process consists of the following steps:


  1. Upload the PDF version of your poster
  2. Provide accurate information about yourself and any co-authors
  3. Read and accept the Submission Agreement below


The deadline to submit your materials is Monday, October 24, 2022.


AWARDS: Ten abstracts will be selected to present as FLASH talks (4 min. and 2 min. for questions) at the virtual event on November 17 and 18. The "Best Oral Presentation" will be awarded $1,500, 2nd place $1,000 and 3rd place $500.

1. A PDF presentation of maximum 3 slides OR one e-poster slide showcasing your work - Please disclose any conflicts of interest related to the work you are presenting.

2. A 2-min long mp4 video recording summarizing your work displayed in the 3 slides or e-poster slide.
