This form will be used to collect intake submissions for GMEC, PD, or PC monthly meeting agenda items. All submissions will be reviewed by GME for the upcoming monthly meetings*. Submitters are encouraged to include their contact info to ensure feedback loop on committee's decision. Agendas are finalized by the 1st of each month.
*Request to be added to the monthly agenda is not guaranteed and time reservation will be booked based on agenda availability
Meeting Frequency
- GMEC (Graduate Medical Education Committee) - 4th Thursday of the month from 4pm-5pm
- PD (Program Director) - 2nd Thursday of the month from 12pm-1pm
- PC (Program Coordinator) - 2nd Thursday of the month from 1pm-2pm
