GME Meeting Agenda Item Submission Form

 

This form will be used to collect intake submissions for GMEC, PD, or PC monthly meeting agenda items. All submissions will be reviewed by GME for the upcoming monthly meetings*. Submitters are encouraged to include their contact info to ensure feedback loop on committee's decision. Agendas are finalized by the 1st of each month.



*Request to be added to the monthly agenda is not guaranteed and time reservation will be booked based on agenda availability



Meeting Frequency


  • GMEC (Graduate Medical Education Committee) - 4th Thursday of the month from 4pm-5pm
  • PD (Program Director) - 2nd Thursday of the month from 12pm-1pm
  • PC (Program Coordinator) - 2nd Thursday of the month from 1pm-2pm
