Citizen Comments or Public Hearing Comments during a meeting must be made either in person or online via Teams.

However, if you can't make the meeting and would like your comments heard, please fill out this form. Your comment will be forwarded to DURA, EDAC, PRACC, P&Z and/or TOWN COUNCIL. It will not be read at the public meeting nor entered into the record. To have it entered into the record, you must be present at the meeting either in person or via the online the Microsoft Teams meeting.

MEETING DAYS:

TOWN COUNCIL: 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month

P&Z COMMISSION: 1st Wednesday of the month

EDAC COMMITTEE: 2nd Wednesday of the month

PRAC COMMITTEE: 1st Monday of the month

*We encourage you to attend the meetings in person to express your comments either during Citizen Comments, which occurs shortly after the meeting begins, or during a scheduled public hearing.
