We are pleased to offer any General Practice from across Aotearoa New Zealand the opportunity to have their multi-employer collective agreement (MECA) bargaining responsibilities and/or Nurse Pay Equity agreements formally represented by the PCBC (Primary Care Bargaining Collaborative).

This collaborative will see a group of experienced negotiators and primary care leaders, represent your views and interests and work towards an agreement for everyone.

The costs associated with using the bargaining representation service are as follows:

- MECA: 10c per ESU per annum

- Nurse Pay Equity: 10c per ESU per annum

Your practice can decide to opt into one or both of these services, which you can indicate below.

The total number of ESUs will be confirmed by each practice's PHO at the date of formal registration and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
