Prior to submitting your CRW vehicle request please note the following:

1-Rental fees per total mileage:

• Local (up to 99 miles): $250
• 100 - 499 miles: $500
• 500 - 999: $800
• 1000 or more: Email watersj@ecu.edu for quote

Rental of vehicles includes gas, tolls, and 3 days of use. An additional day of use costs $100 per day.

2- Available Vehicles:

• 15 Passenger Van (Seats 12 with luggage)
• 8 Passenger Van (Seats 8 with luggage)
• 5 Passenger Truck

3- Required Documents:

• This form cannot be submitted without a image of the anticipated drivers photo of the front and back of their respective 1card(s).
