Calling all cosplay, fandom and general enthusiasts! Do you have a passion for cosplay and fandoms and a knack for organizing epic gatherings? We want YOU to be one of our NYCC Meetup Hosts! Show off your creativity, connect with fellow fans and cosplayers, and bring your fandom community vision to life. You indicated that you want to host a meetup at NYCC! Please fill out the fields below and then click "Submit." If we accept your submission, you will host your meetup at NYCC! You will also receive admission to the entire weekend of NYCC for you and one other helper/host if your submission is accepted. Once you submit this application, you will hear back from us by 8/14/25. Thank you for your patience!

What we mean by "fan-facing" is that this would be the description we would have up for your meetup on our website and mobile app for the public to see.

***Meetup Scheduling

ReedPop will schedule your meetup based on availability and needs of the show. Meetup Hosts may request specific days and times in their initial submission. All requests will be considered, but final scheduling will be at ReedPop’s sole discretion. Please be advised that meetup schedules may change. Meetup Hosts will be notified of required schedule changes.
