2025 Examination Request Form


Congratulations! It is so exciting for you and your students to be completing ATOD Exams this year! You can have every confidence that this will be an encouraging, supportive and smooth experience for you all.


To commence your exam experience, simply complete and submit this form to register for ATOD exams this year.


A Booking Fee of $100 is payable, which will be deducted from your final exam fees. At the completion of this form you will be directed to a payment page where you can pay by credit card or internet banking.


Exam Requests are due by 1st of March. Requests received after 8th of March may incur an additional $150 administration fee.


To hold an examination day at your own Studio, your entry fees must be a minimum of $1000 AUD (metropolitan and country). If you are unsure if you are able to meet this minimum amount, please still complete your examination request form. You may combine with another studio (we can assist with this) or you may pay the difference.

Championship Qualifying Exams (Early exams)


These sessions are held on/before the 11th of April annually. A group day is held in each state where possible. You can also use this as a 'make up' day for students that were unable to participate in exams last year due to injury or illness.

You or one of your teacher’s must be accredited with Acrobatic Arts to teach the content & enter students for pin exams. Certification is done directly through Acrobatic Arts.


Please upload their Acrobatic Arts Teacher Certificate in the Documents section of this form.


To be eligible to sit a pin exam, students must have already passed that level (E.G to do the Primary Gold Pin Exam, they must have already passed Primary Level, which is done directly with Acrobatic Arts).


It's important to let us know if you have students undertaking Acrobatic Arts pin exams, as we will need to allocate you a certified Acrobatic Arts Examiner.

Will you have students sitting Protégé Edge Exams?*

To be eligible to sit the practical exam, students must have already completed their workbooks. If they are unsure, they can check with their Trainer if they have any assessments outstanding.

Will you have students sitting Performance Awards?*

Avril Binzer Performance Award & Jazz Moves Performance Award. These Awards will be held at either the State or National Championships or the State Competitions.

Are you happy to have a Moderating Examiner at your exams?*

Moderation is part of the Continued Professional Development for our Examiners, to ensure consistency in reporting.


It involves a 2nd Examiner attending your exam day for up to a few hours, dependent on your timetable, so we can compare Examiner reporting standards internally.
