I hereby forever release and discharge Durango 9R School District, and all teachers, coaches, administrators, participants, and other persons involved with the interscholastic sports or activities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that I or my student(s) my herein have for injuries or damages arising out of using alternate transportation or arising from any emergency transportation or medical treatment in connection therewith, including but not limited to losses caused by negligence of the Released Parties. I understand that the Durango 9R School District has no contract with me as parent/legal guardian to transport my student(s). In accordance with CRS 13-22-107, the foregoing release shall be binding on the student, as well as the student's parent/legal guardian signing below.
