INTERNAL Hotel Room Request

ANNUAL MEETING DATES: Friday May 2- Saturday May 3, 2025.


This form is intended for the following groups:

  • MTA Staff
  • MTA Board of Directors
  • MTA Executive Committee
  • MTA Bylaws Committee
  • MTA Credentials and Ballot Committee
  • NEA Directors
  • SEAM Delegates
  • Past Presidents (of MTA)
  • Annual Meeting 2025 Parliamentarian/Stenographer


If you are not a part of any of these groups, please return to www.massteacher.org/annualmeeting for reservation links for multiple Springfield area hotels.


Please note the MTA BOD/EC and NEA Directors will be housed at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel. MTA Staff and Working Committees will be housed at the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place OR another hotel in the Springfield area.


MTA will cover 1 overnight for BOD Members. If you request additional nights, the hotel will charge you for the additional nights.


MTA staff should refer to work assignment information for information on how many nights they should request.
