This quiz covers the material within the 5 modules for the "Building Blocks of Brain Development: Support Students with Learning Disabilities".

After completing this form, you will receive emails depending on your answers in the quiz section. If you complete the quiz with 6 out of 8 questions correct you will be emailed a PDF version of your personalized CDE Clock Hour Certificate which will grant you five (5) hours of recertification credit. If you do not pass the quiz, you will receive an email with feedback and a link to try again. Please note that emails may take up to 60 minutes to arrive.
