OCHIN Learning Forum 2024 Call for Presentation Abstracts

Submissions due November 3, 2023

Event Date/Location: May 13-16, 2024, Sheraton, New Orleans

We are now accepting presentation abstracts for the 2024 OCHIN Learning Forum. The Learning Forum is OCHIN’s annual conference where members from across the country come together to learn from OCHIN subject matter experts and each other about successful approaches to advancing whole patient health and well-being, improving clinical and operational efficiencies, optimizing revenue cycle, enhancing health equity in your communities, and more.

The power of the OCHIN collaborative comes from member organizations sharing your stories and learnings, and we look forward to reviewing abstract proposals that will give our Learning Forum audience practical and actionable approaches, tools, and learnings they can apply within their organizations.

Submissions are due November 3, 2023, and we will notify accepted speakers in mid December 2023. Presenters will receive a $150 discount off their conference registration.

By completing this submission form, accepted presenters agree to:

Ensure the details, research, and content presented are implemented and completed prior to the event.
Not use the presentation as a self-promotional, corporate, sales and/or marketing opportunity.
Follow all copyright rules and regulations as determined by OCHIN.
Not exceed a total of three (3) sessions per member organization.
Not exceed two (2) OCHIN employees and/or three (3) member presenters per session.
Limit presentations to the allotted session time of one (1) hour.
Not make disparaging comments of any entity or person.
Be an active participant in the submission and content process by meeting all deadlines and implementing feedback from OCHIN.
Permit OCHIN to use your name in conference materials and promotional items.
Permit OCHIN to share your content with the collaborative at the 2024 Learning Forum and after the event through the Ella Learning Management System or other means.
Follow all OCHIN content deadlines, including sending a first draft of the presentation by March 1, 2024, and final version of the presentation by April 12, 2024.

Impact you had - Brief description of what you did and the outcomes and impact of your work—real-world, practical focus on accomplishments with supporting data if possible
What you’ve learned - What worked, what didn’t, what you would do differently, and recommendations you have for others

Your description will be published if accepted so please make sure it is free of grammatical errors. Please limit your response to 1,250 characters.
