Oral Exam Certificate

This form is required for all School of Medicine graduate students enrolled in a PhD or master's thesis degree program, and must be approved within two (2) business days following an oral examination.

The Oral Exam Certificate indicates whether the Oral Examination Committee considered the examination to be satisfactory or unsatisfactory. An examination is considered satisfactory if a majority of the members record votes of satisfactory. A tie vote will be considered as unsatisfactory.

Prior to submission, students must have submitted: 1) Request for Oral Examination Once the form has been successfully routed, the student and program representative will receive a confirmation via email.
