All space requests must be approved by a Dean or Vice President. Upon submission, a copy of this form will be sent to your Dean or Vice President for approval. Approval must be granted before the Space Request can proceed.

This form is NOT intended for requesting space for events (study sessions, meetings, rehearsals, etc.). To make those kinds of requests, please use 25live.

The request form will be sent to the Space Planning Team (space@louisville.edu). Acknowledgement of receipt will be given within two business days. If you do not receive a reply within two business days, please contact 502.852.6176.
