Chemonics is looking for an Electronic Client Record (ECR) Data Analyst to join our Building Healthy Families Activity of our Pakistan Office. The consultant will collaborate closely with the Sr. Data Systems Advisor based in Karachi. Responsibilities include:

• Review, validate, and maintain large datasets of ECR from various departments e.g. Department of Health(DOH) and People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by ensuring data quality and cleaning processes.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Present analytical results in a clear and understandable manner.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in PWD, DOH and PPHI to understand data requirements.
• Collaborate with NGOs to define analytical objectives.
• Manage and optimize databases for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing analytical processes.
