Educational meeting activities include a topic of discussion and speakers. Attendees receive CPE credits for attending.

Networking activities are more casual and do not include speakers or a program. Attendees do not receive CPE credit.

Joint Event (if your chapter is hosting a meeting jointly with another IAPP Chapter or non-profit organization, you will be asked to provide that information).

Please write 1-2 sentences to describe the topic of your meeting. This will be displayed on the event registration page.

Please include speaker(s) titles and organizations. List the speakers in the order in which you would like them to appear on your invitation and indicate if there will be a moderator. Please note, if your meeting features a sole presenter, that speaker cannot be from the host venue; additionally, if your meeting features a panel with multiple speakers, each presenter should represent different areas of expertise.

Please include email address for speakers that are not IAPP members so they can be registered and receive a copy of event information. If your speakers would not like to provide their email, please write 'N/A.'

Link to access/join the meeting. Please note: you must provide log in details before your invitation will be sent out. If you need to use an IAPP virtual platform account, ensure that the time is within your Staff Partner's normal business hours. Please confirm that your meeting platform will not require users to enter an email address or any additional PII to attend, and will not be recorded. It is the responsibility of the chairs to ensure that the platform is fitting this requirement.

Shipping for In-Person Educational Meetings

Items will only be shipped for in-person Educational meetings. Please indicate below if you would like to receive laptop stickers. Guest speakers will also receive a gift, so please provide a shipping address.
