You'll find this on a large PURPLE sticker on the charcoal bed frame at the head of the bed near the control box.

It will start with a country code [e.g. AUS - Australia, NZL - New Zealand, USA - United States].

Please include this code when entering the serial number.

For example: AUS-12345
