At EatLoco, we proudly support local non-profits that strengthen our community and improve lives. To help amplify their impact, we offer three free spaces at our largest markets—Ashbrook on Saturdays and Dulles Town Center on Sundays. These spaces provide non-profits a platform to share their message, connect with the public, and raise awareness for their causes. Together, we’re fostering collaboration and driving positive change in our community.

Choose up to 3 days total for either our Ashbrook or Dulles markets. Feel free to choose all from the same market or mix and match. However, please pick only your top 3 dates.

Disclaimer:


Rules and guidelines are as follows


  1. DOCUMENTATION - Non-profit must provide documentation verifying their non-profit status.
  2. NO FOOD - Non-profits cannot sell or give-away any type of food or food prodct while at the market. All giveaways must be pre-approved by EatLoco Mgmt.
  3. SOCIAL MEDIA - Non-profit must post on their social media twice the week of the market that they will be attending the market (using EatLoco’s logo).
  4. NO-SHOW - If a non-profit misses a market date that has been reserved for them, they may not be allowed to reserve another space for the remainder of the season. Please have a back-up plan in place to avoid missing a scheduled market date.
  5. GUIDELINES - Non-profits must follow the same guidelines as our regular vendors (see www.eatloco.org/vendorhandbook)
  6. INSURANCE - Non-profits must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for 1 million dollars with EatLoco's name list as an additional insured. See COI INSTRUCTIONS

Please have a backup plan in case the person scheduled to work the market is unable to attend for any reason. Simply canceling last minute or being a no-show on market day impacts us and prevents other non-profits from utilizing the opportunity.
