To be eligible for the Presidents' Invitation, a senior international officer or provost from the same higher education institution must first register for the NAFSA 2025 Annual Conference & Expo. Registration opens February 4, 2025.

After submitting this form, you can expect to receive a notification from NAFSA staff within 3-5 business days depending on volume of requests.

My president cannot attend the NAFSA conference. Can I transfer the complimentary registration to someone else?

No, the complimentary registration is intended only for the higher education institution president. It cannot be transferred to another individual.

Does the Presidents' Invitation cover additional expenses like travel, hotel, and meals? Will the complimentary registration allow participation in workshops?

No, the expenses for travel, hotel, and meals are the responsibility of the individual. Workshops and any other registration add-ons are not included with the complimentary conference registration and would incur additional cost.
