Operators holding a Parks & Recreation Commercial Use Permit are required to complete the form below each month to report the previous months total number of guests brought onto CBJ parklands. If no guests were brought onto CBJ parklands during the reporting period, operators must still submit the form by selecting "No, I do not have counts to report.”

Fees and Reports

• Logs shall be submitted no later than the 10th of each month for the prior month’s activity.
• A fee of $3.50 per guided person on CBJ parkland shall be paid to the department.
• The fee is only charged once when the same guest visits an additional permitted location on the same day.
• Permittee shall maintain an accurate log with dates, times, and number of guests for each trip.

Payment

• Payment is due the 15th of each month for the prior month’s activity.
• An invoice for the previous month's activity will be sent to you via email from Juneau Parks & Recreation with a link to make payment online.
