SUITES

These private spaces can accommodate groups of 12 to 150 guests. Each suite includes a private space to gather, store bags, and take in your catering orders during the evening’s activities. Suites are limited, so sign up quickly for this option. Catering can be purchased separately.

PRIORITY RESERVED SEATING

Reserved Seating will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. This option includes optimal views of the field and an organized team meeting space with company signage.

OPEN SEATING

Open seating includes most of the upper level and outfield sections and are filled event-day on a first-come first-served basis. These do not require reservations or additional cost.

For Company Teams that choose to reserve suites, several menu options will be available for pre-order. Event day food and beverage orders will also be accepted for a limited number of menu items. If you opted-in to be contacted by an Innovative Field Catering Representative when reserving your suite through the Corporate Website, a representative will be in contact within 48 hours to discuss menu options.

For companies reserving either stadium seating or open seating at Innovative Field, food and beverages from concessions may be purchased using Digital Diamond Dollars or credit cards. Digital Diamond Dollars are ticket-style gift cards with cash value that offer a convenient, cashless payment option. To pre-purchase Digital Diamond Dollars, which will be distributed to Company Captains during Packet Pick Up, please contact an Innovative Field representative at mridings@redwingsbaseball.com or call (585) 454-1001, x3034 (Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) by Thursday, April 24, 2025.

Hospitality reservations must be completed by Thursday, April 24, 2025. Suites and Reserved Seating Sections are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that you need to add Reserved Seating to a reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your company within the same section, but cannot guarantee availability. Please do your best to estimate the total number of participants and spectators that you would like to accommodate prior to making a reservation. A waiting list of requests will be maintained, if necessary. Payment will be due Thursday, May 1, 2025. In the event that you must cancel your suite reservation, your payment (less a cancellation fee of $100.00) will be refunded only if we can replace your reservation with a company from the wait list. After Thursday, May 1, 2025, all orders are final and may not be transferred, canceled or refunded even in the case of event cancellation.

In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event due to elements beyond our control, neither JPMorgan Chase & Co. nor any of its subcontractors or vendors will be held liable for any loss incurred. We recommend that you contact your company insurer to learn if you are insured against such a loss.
