When making your request, please include collection number and file number, if known. If not known, include a description of the type of material you need or ask for a reference interview with a staff member.

We will digitize for patrons depending upon the condition, type of material and volume, with further use in mind, on a case-by-case basis. Please allow for at least 2 weeks processing time for all requests. Larger requests will take more time to digitize.
