2025 ASA Requests
Thank you for your interest in IGT’s After School Advantage (ASA) Program.
Please review IGT's submission guidelines before submitting a request:
Before starting the application, please make sure you have all required attachments on hand. This includes the completed IGT Personal Information Data Privacy Questionnaire.
We have taken steps to expedite the application process.
Applications will be reviewed by the local team assigned to your community if IGT has business there. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. While the local team tries to make decisions within 90 days, it may take longer depending on the volume of requests or needs of the business at that time. The local team may reach out to you directly with questions regarding your application. Please make sure the person listed on the application is the point of contact for your organization. Email will be the primary method of contact during the review and selection process.
In the ATTACHMENTS section, please attach supporting documents from your files. Document Examples are
Cover letter (REQUIRED)
Proof of the organization’s charitable status. (REQUIRED)
In the Unites States: 501C Determination Letter or Form 990 - Outside of the US: equivalent tax status document
PI Data Privacy Questionnaire
Pictures of your location and anything that would help the local team understand your vision for the digital learning center.
Information about your programs and service offerings that would help the team understand the impact you make on the community.
List of Volunteer opportunities at your organization (if available, this is helpful to IGT employees who may want to become involved)
