Workshop Application Process

Thanks for your interest in helping us to deliver an inspiring Gilwell Reunion through our program of workshops.

As always we'd like to have a range of workshops to make sure people leave the weekend full of energy and ready to face the new term!

Filling in this form doesn't guarantee you a place in the program, once applications close on 31st May 2025 we'll come back to applicants to confirm if you have secured a slot by the 30th June 2025.

Priority will be given to workshops that help volunteers do there role better and/or support the delivery of the strategy.

We are keen to ensure that all workshops are as interactive and fun as possible!
