Thank you for contacting the IT Research & Innovation team!

To streamline the intake request and to have a productive initial discovery meeting, we’d like to collect some information beforehand. You don’t have to have all the information to submit your request - only items with asterisks are mandatory, but the more you have thought through and provided, the better we can assist you efficiently.

1. Fill out the intake request form, once submitted we will be notified

2. We will confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days

3. We will review your request in more detail, then either seek more information through email or schedule an initial discovery meeting.

4. Once we jointly decide to move forward with the proposed project, we will go through an internal approval process (see below - Some of the steps might be skipped if completed earlier already)

Discovery meeting => Problem formulation => Exploring solution => Estimate => Research/clinical merit review => Relevant committee approval => IS project intake/approval
