All Hospitality offers are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in advance. Please note that orders are not considered confirmed until full payment is made. Payment for hospitality spaces must be made by September 26, 2025. If payment for your hospitality space is not received by September 26, 2025 your Company Team’s order is not guaranteed. Please do your best to estimate the total number of participants and spectators that you would like to accommodate prior to making a reservation. After September 26, 2025, all orders are final and may not be transferred, canceled, or refunded even if the case of event cancellation. In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event due to elements beyond our control, neither J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. nor any of its subcontractors or vendors will be held liable for any loss incurred. We recommend that you contact your company’s insurer to learn if you are insured against such a loss.J

CHALLENGE BAR AND TENT AREAS
Team Captains are responsible to communicate protocols below with their team.
• You and your team are responsible for any unattended items in your area/space.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
• 2 Feather Flags and 1 Banner are allowed in your teams’ space. Do not hang any additional items from your tent.
• Valid ID is always required to consume alcohol. No Exceptions.
GENERAL INFORMATION
RACE NIGHT HOSPITALITY OPENS: 5:30 p.m.
RACE NIGHT HOSPITALITY CLOSES: 10:00 p.m.
CATERING / FOOD SERVICE GUIDELINES: Team Captains must purchase catering directly with the preferred caterers for the Tent Packages, the Challenge Bar tables are inclusive of catering.
CLEAN UP: Each Team is expected to tidy up their space post event.
