Cancellation Penalties:

For any cancellations, Fox World Travel charges the following fees (not covered by insurance) in addition to any vendor fees:

• From time of deposit to time of departure - $50.00 per person


Penalties apply to each individual traveler or for space cancelled beyond reduction allowances. Client is responsible for any penalties assessed by vendor.

• Time of deposit to January 2, 2025 (135 days) – No penalty

• From January 3 to March 3, 2025(134 - 75 days) – 60% per room penalty

• From March 4, 2025 (74 days) to time of departure - No refunds
