A note about video submissions and timelines:

To minimize delays, we encourage you to submit storyboards, scripts, and early video drafts for input as you develop your video. Because incorporating video edits can be a time-intensive process, EXA requires two weeks of review time prior to your desired publication date.

Is this submission a final copy ready for high-risk review or a draft requesting early inputs?*

Please note for early drafts:

If feedback requires further revision or development of materials, our team is happy to help if needed. In this event we will reroute you through our standard CommsRequest@path.org process, which will require a charge code and prioritization against existing work streams. Please consider this when sharing for early review so we can meet your deadline!

Once feedback has been incorporated, the communication should be resubmitted to this form for final review. For ease of process and tracking, please do not re-share on an existing thread with reviewers.

If you have a file to upload, please use the file uploader at the top of this form.
