This form allows a Sodexo salaried or frontline employee to submit a nomination for The Heroes of Everyday Life® Award, which recognizes Sodexo employees who help reduce hunger in their community.

Each year, the Sodexo Canada Stop Hunger Foundation selects three nominees or three groups of nominees who will have the opportunity to make a donation to the charity of their choice in recognition of their fight against hunger.

The most involved nominee or group of nominees will receive a $1,000 donation, while the two other selected individuals or groups will receive a $500 donation.

Heroes of Everyday Life® Award can be offered to any Sodexo Canada employee, including frontline employees. Feel free to nominate yourself.

* The individual or group of individuals may also be involved in a cause other than food insecurity, but that cause will take priority.
