Sustainability Information

We are continuously looking for opportunities to improve our impact environmentally, socially, and economically. We are looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and the amount of waste our events produce.


As a part of this commitment, we want to work with all our Exhibitors and Contractors to eliminate the use of disposable stand structures and promote reusable stands at our events.

Declaration

We value the health, safety and well being of our staff, the venue and other parties engaged in the operational delivery of the event. We endorse positive behaviour to reduce risk of harm and advert damage to those that maybe affected by our undertakings. In accordance to the appropriate local health and safety legislation, venue standards and industry best practices, outlined in the Exhibitor Manual.


We acknowledge and have read the Informa Sustainability Regulations, and we understand that there will be an onsite sustainability report, resulting in a Better Stands score.


We acknowledge that we and all our appointed contractors and sub-contractors have read and agreed to all the rules and regulations included in the Informa Health, Safety & Security Exhibitor Guidelines.


Please note - the following are NOT allowed:


  • The use of one-time MDF panels or similar raw materials planned to be cut down to size onsite.
  • The use of other raw materials to construct core structural elements i.e. walls, archways, floor systems, counters etc. that are not planned to be reused or recycled after use.
  • Construction of any stand components from single use materials.
  • Building onsite from scratch any core booth elements.
  • The use of incandescent light bulbs.


Major breaches of the regulations will result in formal written notification, together with continual improvement actions and the potential for financial penalties for repeat offenders.
