Reintegration Coordinator Contact Information

Departments/units must designate a reintegration coordinator to lead the implementation of the Reintegration Plan. The coordinator will serve as the point of contact for questions or adjustments to the department/unit’s plan now and throughout fall semester. The coordinator does not have to be the department chair/head or director.

Physical Distancing Plan

Consider alternative scheduling practices including telework, staggered shifts, shift rotations, or some other way.

Consider adjustments to the office and/or individual workspace(s) (e.g. through reconfiguration of furniture, space assignments, or installation of barriers).

Consider adjusting service schedules, requiring appointments, capping the number of individuals allowed in the space, reconfiguring furniture, and installing barriers or floor markers from Printing and Graphics at service locations.


Personal Hygiene and Prevention Measures

Public Hygiene Plan

Departments/units will follow forthcoming guidance from the Subcommittee on Disinfection Protocol and Supplies regarding employee and university roles in shared cleaning and sanitizing measures.
