Getting Started: Please create an account with Accela Citizens Access (ACA). You will utilize your login credentials to access staff comments for your Pre-Development Conference. If you do not create an account, you will not be able to access staff comments.

The following items are required to be submitted with the application:

  1. Vicinity map showing the project location
  2. Site plan with dimensions labeling the following:
  3. Building footprints
  4. Streets, parking, driveways, and sidewalks
  5. Fences, dumpsters, signs
  6. CFW Permit Assist print-out detailing land use viability
  7. Visit: CFW Permit Assist Zoning Portal
  8. Any active zoning case or platting submittal record #'s
  9. Example: ZC, PP, FP, FS

Disclaimer: Please ensure you are providing the most current version of your site plan. The Development Priority Office will not accept resubmittal for modifications, alterations or adjustments to site plans after they have been initially submitted.

Additionally, I understand and agree that no representation made during a pre-development confer-ence can modify the regulations that apply to my project. Furthermore, I agree that this request and everything that occurs during the pre-development conference, including but without limitation any questions asked or answers given, shall not constitute a formal application for purposes of Chapter 212 of the Texas Local Government Code.
