• Lighting: Choose soft, diffused lighting that evenly illuminates your face. Natural light or studio lighting can work effectively. Avoid harsh shadows or glares, as they can obscure facial features.

• Positioning: Position yourself so that your face is centered in the frame and directly facing the camera. Maintain good posture and ensure your head is not tilted too much. Your facial features should be clearly visible.

• Expression: You're allowed to smile! Opt for a warm, genuine smile that reflects your friendly and approachable nature. Ensure the smile reaches your eyes for an authentic look. Avoid forced or exaggerated smiles.

• Clothing: Dress in attire that reflects your coaching role and is appropriate for the context in which the ID will be used. Choose clean, professional clothing that aligns with your coaching style. Avoid clothing with distracting patterns or logos.

• Accessories: Keep accessories minimal and professional. Simple jewelry or accessories that reflect your personal style are acceptable. Ensure they don't detract from your face or overall appearance. Photos with hats or caps will not be approved.

• Glasses: If you wear glasses, adjust the angle or remove them if they create glares or reflections. Your eyes should be clearly visible, even when smiling. Photos with sunglasses will not be approved.
