Emergency contact information

Purpose: All Task Force employees are required to report their emergency contact information. This information will be maintained in a secure SmartSheet and will ONLY be accessed by the Human Resource Director or the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for the purposes of alerting staff to an emergency situation or for alerting emergency contacts to a situation regarding a staff member. The Chief Information Officer will have access to phone numbers of staff for the purpose of sending emergency text alerts when needed. Staff will be asked to update this information on an annual basis. Security: The Task Force for Global Health takes keeping personally identifiable information (PII) confidential seriously. We selected SmartSheet as a platform to collect this information because we have confidence in their extensive security measures to keep the data secure.
