Note, this application is for sellers who are already authorized under the Natrol LLC and Jarrow Formulas, Inc. Authorized Seller Program as an "Authorized Reseller" to sell Natrol LLC and/or Jarrow Formulas, Inc. products in brick and mortar stores but would like approval to sell our products online.

If you are currently an Authorized Reseller under our Authorized Seller Program who buys from one of our Authorized Distributors but would like to establish a direct account with us, please complete our New Account Application instead of this application.
