Group Sales Interest Form

Skiing and snowboarding can be a great adventure for any size group. Bring your group of friends, family, schoolmates, youth group, or co-workers together and come experience all Hidden Valley has to offer. We offer special group rates that are versatile, easy to organize and offer activities for everyone.

Minimum Requirements:

Group Rates are available for 25 or more Paid Participants.
Group Ski & Snowboard outings must occur within our Hours of Operations. You can review them HERE.
Group Reservations must be made at least 5 DAYS in advance through our group sales team to qualify for support.
Ski and Ride Lessons are subject to availability and MUST be pre-scheduled to receive a group discount. (Lessons offered for Ages 7+)
Group inquiries must be submitted via this form. Subsequent communication will occur via email from HiddenValleyMOGroupSales@vailresorts.com

Billing Information:

If seeking Tax-Exempt status, you will be required to present proof of tax-exemption at least 7 days prior to your groups arrival.
Tax adjustments are NOT offered on all programs or product types, and are issued at the SOLE DISCRETION of Hidden Valley.
Method of payment will be determined by the products chosen.
Hidden Valley reserves the right to require deposits on products at their sole discretion.

We are not able to facilitate Group Outings on the following Peak Restricted Dates:

December 26th - December 31st
January 18th - January 19th
February 15th - February 16th

*REMINDER: Lift tickets will be limited every day, across every resort, during the 2024/25 season to preserve the guest experience at each resort. All Group Outings are subject to lift ticket availability.
