Decatur County Memorial Hospital will be offering CPR classes available to the public. All classes are American Heart Association Heart saver courses (unless noted otherwise below)This is an excellent opportunity for anyone in the community! This Heart saver CPR class is for the general public and is NOT intended for healthcare providers requiring BLS CPR. NO BLS cards will be issued for attendees. If you require a BLS certification, please reach out to 812.663.1177.

Course Information

All classes will be held in the Skills Lab at Decatur County Memorial Hospital (720 North Lincoln Street, Greensburg, IN 47240).

The cost of the course is $25 (cash or check preferred, receipts available) and is payable at the beginning of the course. Instructors are NOT able to make change. If you need to pay via credit card, please call 812.663.1344 in advance to pay by phone, bring your receipt of payment with you to the class.

Classes all start promptly at 530pm and should be over by 8PM.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing as you will be administering compressions and breaths to the training manikins. You are welcome to bring a snack or drink, but we ask that beverage containers have lids to minimize spills.

Enter the main (emergency) entrance, walk straight down the main hallway past radiology and Pharmacy, take a slight left at the end of the hall. There is an open staircase in front of the Lincoln Street Elevators. Go down to the basement to find the skills lab (to the LEFT as you come down the stairs or the LEFT as you exit the elevator door B).
