BEFORE SUBMTTING REQUEST: Heavy rains, winds and other weather conditions may impact the trees and ornamental lighting.

Please inspect the tree(s) for any damage to them and report those issues to TREES@portlandoregon.gov. Please reference your urban forestry permit number.

Your problem could be an easy fix! Always reset the GFCI outlet that your lighting is plugged into, to ensure that is functioning, then report any outages.
