Thank you for your leadership on behalf of the NYU Alumni Association! This form should be used for NYU Alumni Club leaders to inform the Alumni Office of upcoming events.


As a reminder, we request at least SIX WEEKS NOTICE in order to confirm your event details, build the registration page, and set up an email campaign (e.g., invite, confirmation, second invitation, reminder, follow-up survey). Events that occur sooner than this may not be possible, though we will be in touch. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Details

NYU alumni clubs operate on a zero-budget model. Cost for the vast majority of events is passed through to attendees, meaning alumni are responsible for the price of admission, food, and drink associated with their participation in a program.

(For example: NYU will need to prepay The Metropolitan Opera $500 for 50 tickets @ $10pp)

This is the amount that alumni & guests will pay to attend the event.

For example: NYU will contribute $200 toward the purchase of appetizers. NYU will subsidize 50% of ticket costs to make the event accessible (e.g., registration fee for $50 tickets will be $25).
