Minor Curricular Change Form
The Minor Curricular Change Form may be used to make minor, editorial changes to courses. If the changes do not appear to be editorial, the catalog editor may ask that the department submit the request as a major change.
• Permanent Title change
• Credit reduction
• Prerequisite change
• Description rewording which does not reflect substantial changes to course content
• Crosslisted subject changes
• COOP course changes
• Dropping course
• Dropping Writing in the Major, [M] Course designation
Minor changes may only be requested 1 year in advance.
Requests will be routed to the academic unit head and college dean for approval.
