Bullying Appeal Submission Form

Per NRS 388.1351 and NAC 388.915, Nevada Department of Education (NDE) shall conduct appeal investigations for decisions made on cases around discrimination based on race, bullying or cyberbullying. All appeals must be reviewed and a decision made by both the School and District before the NDE can begin a review.
