New Colleague Orientation: Nominate a Colleague to join us for a Q&A

Every week at New Colleague Orientation, we celebrate the journeys of our colleagues across the system. We want your nominations. Please let us know who should join us on stage during Hartford HealthCare's New Colleague Orientation (NCO) in a Fireside Chat with leaders.


This is a great way to recognize colleagues who have made a difference across Hartford HealthCare! Fill out the form and your nominee could be chosen!


Colleagues have the chance to share their Hartford HealthCare journeys over the years while sharing what motivates them in their professional careers. This is a wonderful opportunity to inspire a new group of colleagues!


NCO occurs every other Monday at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, CT from 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM. The Fireside Chat usually runs between 9:45 AM - 10:05 AM. We ask that colleagues arrive at 8:30 AM for prep. On average, about 230 new colleagues are in attendance.

Since the Fireside Chat colleague will be speaking in front of 230 new colleagues, we always want to ensure that they are comfortable having a dialogue on stage with our CEO.


For colleagues who would like additional training and support before going on stage, our Content Strategy team is happy to work with them and get them prepped in advance.


These trainings will occur in our Studio at 100 Pearl Street and will be facilitated by Caleb Green, Manager of Content Development.


Please indicate below the colleague's comfort level with public speaking, and provide us with as much context as we may need to get the colleague ready.
