GoBoard Removal Process Survey

The GoBoard is being phased out of Courtyard hotels in North America. Hotels may begin to remove their GoBoard one of two ways: 1. Through their planned public space renovation (on-cycle renovation). OR 2. If hotels wish to remove prior to their public space renovation (off-cycle renovation), they may do so by using the removal approach outlined in the renovation documentation. The GoBoard MGS page has been updated with details, FAQs and images of the removal solutions. https://mgscloud.marriott.com/common/lodging-operations/guest-property-technology/digital-signage/goboard/ The purpose of this survey is to provide the Courtyard brand team with information on your hotel's plan for the GoBoard. Hotels will then be able to provide cancellations to Four Winds more seamlessly. NOTE: Hotels that renovated and removed GoBoard in 2019: Please contact CYHeadquarters@marriott.com to cancel your GoBoard. Include your MARSHA code and renovation details in order to cancel. If you've already provided that information your cancellation has been processed.

Off-cycle renovations must follow the removal approach outlined in the renovation documentation.

Cancellation Next Steps

Only hotels with a planned renovation to the GoBoard area (on-cycle or off-cycle as described above) will be able to cancel their GoBoard service. To obtain the cancellation letter, the following steps must be completed. 1. Complete this survey 2. Email CYHeadquarters@marriott.com to obtain the cancellation letter. Please include your MARSHA. 3. Provide the cancellation letter to Four Winds at least 30 days prior to the start of your renovation.
