Districts, Local Education Providers, or BOCES that select to provide evidence-based training in teaching reading through a program from the CDE 2020 Approved Professional Advisory list must obtain a stamp of approval from the CDE to demonstrate that this training meets the READ Act requirements. (1 CCR 301-92,13.01(C)(2)(e))
