We are transitioning to a more streamlined data collection process to simplify the process for both entrants and the Iditarod volunteers who assist you throughout the race. This year we are testing just a small part.

A musher may carry and use any two-way communication device(s), including, but not necessarily limited to, a cell and/or satellite telephone. Use of such devices may not be used for any media purposes during the course of the race unless expressly approved in advance by ITC.

In the event we need to arrange transportation for you, please provide us with requisite travel data.

Please carry one form of legal ID with you in the event you are flown commercial

In the event we fly you on IAF aircraft, we require your weight. Accurate numbers are essential to weight and balancing of the aircraft.
