Paper Catalogue Descriptions

Regular #20: White printer paper, thinnest weight. “Default” for Black and White Copies, included in price.


Laser #24: White paper with a better finish & heavier weight than Regular #20 printer paper. “Default” for Color Copies, included in price. Additional cost for copies made in black and white.


"Apple" #32: White paper heavier than Laser #24 but lighter than #100 Cardstock. Typically used for fliers & brochures. Additional cost.


White Cardstock "Frog" #100: White cardstock, heaviest weight. Additional cost.


Photo Paper: Glossy photo paper that is thick like a light cardstock. Prints photos a little matte due to the printer being a laser printer.


Pastel Paper: Colored paper, thin #20 weight. Additional cost.


Bright Paper: Colored paper, thin #20 weight. Additional cost.


Pastel Cardstock: Colored cardstock, heaviest weight. Additional cost.


Bright Cardstock: Colored cardstock, heaviest weight. Additional cost.


Poli-print (limited): Waterproof / tearproof cardstock weight. Additional cost.


Label stock: White Avery Labels, various sizes available. Additional cost.


NCR carbon copy: White and Yellow transfer paper. Typically used for receipts / forms. Additional cost.

Additional Services Descriptions

Cutting: Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how you would like these cut. Example: “Cut into 4ths, cut in half, cut to full bleed (color goes all the way to edge of paper) etc. Additional cost.


Shrink Wrapping: Items can be shrink wrapped into plastic. Some limitations may exist for this service. Additional cost.


Drill Press: Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how you would like these punched. Example: “3-hole punch, punch one hole at the bottom of calendar, hole at the top of each tag” etc. Additional cost.


Corner Round: Printed items can have corners rounded ¼” or ½”. Additional cost.


Tape Bind: Printed items can be bound with a tape strip that will glue the pages together. Not recommended for long term use. Additional cost.


Coil Bind: Items can be bound together using hole punches & black plastic spiral coil, additional cost will depend on the size of the coil used (how many pages is in the book). Additional cost.


Tabs: Cycle of 5 white tabs, black and white printing only, that can be added to your project. Indicate in the “Additional Instructions” box what you’d like the tabs to say and where they go in your book. Example: “Please place a tab for ‘Table of Contents’ before page 4, place a tab for ‘Chapter 1’ before page 8” etc. Additional cost.


Envelope Folding: Letter size items can be folded into halves or 3rds. Less precise method of folding does not matter where the fold lands just that the item is folded. Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how you would like these folded. Example: “please fold these letters into a ‘z’ fold so the name / address will show in a window envelope”. Additional cost.


Brochure Folding: Various sizes of printed items can be folded into various fold configurations. Very precise method of folding, the fold is important to the design. Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how you would like these folded. Example “please fold these brochures in a ‘U’ shaped trifold according to the design”. Additional cost.


Padding (Notepads): Printed items can be glued together to create a tear-a-sheet notepad. Typical notepads are 50 sheets / pad but can be customized to your preference. Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how many notepads you’d like total, how many sheets per notepad etc. Note that some paper types may not be available for notepads. Additional cost.


Hard Lamination: Thick lamination, not flexible. Available for 8.5x11 sizing and smaller. Cost will depend on the size of lamination pouch used. Additional cost.


Soft Lamination: Thin lamination, still very flexible. Available in a large roll no larger than 24” wide/ item to be laminated, more cost effective, than hard lamination. Additional cost.


Scoring / Perforation: Indicate in “Additional Instructions” box how you would like these perforated or scored. Example: “please perforate the bottom part of the form to tear away to give to students”, “Please score these table tents in half so they can be folded to stand upright” etc. Additional cost.
