WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
Thank you for purchasing a product from Duravent Group. Warranty coverage will vary depending on the product that has been purchased and the nature of the product defect. Some warranties are pro-rated which means the warranty benefit is impacted by the age of the product. All warranties contain exclusions related to storm damage, abuse, neglect, and improper installation or product application.
If you believe a product is defective and may be covered under warranty, please complete the Warranty Claim Form to begin the warranty claim process. The claim form can be found at www.duraventgroup.com/warranty. The information provided will help our team determine warranty eligibility and how to best assist you with your claim. Providing all the required information will help us process your claim in the shortest amount of time possible. If you are unsure how to answer any of the questions you may skip the question and our warranty team will contact you to help fill in the missing information. Please be aware that warranty claims cannot be processed until we receive all the required information.

COPY OF THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE*
*If proof of purchase is not available, Duravent Group will determine a fair market value for the replacement cost.

Showing the area where the product is connected to the appliance.
General photo of the venting system (above the roof line or along exterior wall).
COPY OF THE INSPECTION REPORT**
** Note. An inspection report may only be required when suitable photographs are not available. The cost of the inspection report is not covered under the product warranty so it is recommended that you discuss your claim with the warranty specialist prior to ordering an inspection report.
Upon receipt of the requested information, our team will evaluate your claim and contact you via telephone or email.
In the event the owner is responsible for a portion of the cost of the replacement chimney (as with a pro-rated warranty), you will receive a document showing the components to be replaced and the pro-rated cost of each item. In these instances, payment must be received before the replacement material is shipped.
